Shipping: Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days once full payment is cleared. All shipments will be made from our warehouse in New York. Insurance is included in shipping fee. Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Discount on combined shipping is available. Please contact us for more info. Currently, we no longer ship to PO boxes, APO boxes, nor destinations outside the US. We only ship within the lower 48 states. We apologize for any inconvenience. Shipping methods: - Shipping method and cost is indicated in every item's description. If an item is shipped by Fedex or DHL, your order will usually be received within 2 weeks depending on your location.
- If an item states inside house white glove service, it will be shipped by reliable trucking companies that is experienced in handling antique furniture, which includes white-glove inside delivery service. Depending on your location, your order will usually be received within 4-5 weeks. It's important to provide us your phone number so that the trucking company can notify you before delivery. Upon unpacking of your item by the trucking company, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise for damages, and notify the trucker immediately if there is any before signing the bill of lading.
