Please contact us for authorization within 48 hours upon receipt of your order stating your reason for return. Return must be made within 7 days after obtaining authorization.  For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.  The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping and insurance.  After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise to be in original condition as sent to customer, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee.  

For items shipped by trucking company please note: After your merchandise is unpacked, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise for damages and notify the trucker immediately before signing the bill of lading.
